New Skoda Scout 4X4
Skoda has announced a new four-wheel drive version of its Octavia estate range.
Named the Scout, it features increased ground clearance, front and rear protective skid plates and a 4×4 system that enables up to 98 per cent of power to be transferred between the front and rear axles.
The Scout will be available with Skoda’s 2.0-litre FSI 150bhp petrol and 2.0-litre TDI PD 140bhp diesel engines. Standard features include stability control hill start assist, 17-inch alloy wheels, rear parking sensors and cruise control. Prices start at £17,725 for the petrol model, with first deliveries expected in April.
